AIM to Lead is designed to help you dive deep to discover, implement, and authentically express your personal “super power” in the workplace.
Participants will learn how to use authenticity to inspire increased effectiveness and engagement, and more deeply master the skill sets required to expand their organization’s margin and mission.

Learning Cohorts
At Black Pearl Coaching we believe learning happens best in relationship. AIM is designed not only to introduce you to new ways of understanding yourself and the unique gifts you bring to leadership. Our learning cohorts provide an opportunity to help you more deeply develop supportive professional relationships.
Our learning cohorts meet for 2.5 hours beginning on August 22nd.
1:1 Coaching
It’s personal coaching that makes a professional difference for our AIM participants. During the course of the program each participant receives 5 hours of coaching from Becky to more deeply hardwire your learning.
Past participants tell us the coaching experience gave them more confidence, more self-understanding, and a clearer direction for applying what they’ve learned.
The Integrative Enneagram
The basis for much of our work together will be the Integrative Enneagram. The Enneagram has, over the past decades, proved to be one of the most powerful tools in the people transformation and coaching environment. The use of the Enneagram not only fast-tracks insightful discovery, growth and integration, but also gives durability and magnitude to the evolution process over time . Working with the Enneagram enhances all the relationships in our lives. It increases our self-awareness, enhances our personal relationships and provides vast insight into how we function - and more importantly, could function - in the workplace.
An Enneagram assessment is provided to all AIM participants.
