Becky’s experience in corporate and nonprofit leadership made an early and deep impact on her understanding of leadership. She watched great ideas and initiatives perish, turnover rates skyrocket, and overall morale sink, all due to ineffective leadership. It became Becky’s goal to enhance her own leadership presence and it became her passion to help others do the same.
In response, in 2013 Becky created Black Pearl Coaching and Consulting. She has provided transformational opportunities for hundreds of leaders from a wide range of industries. Becky is a highly sought after presenter, trainer, and coach.
Sarah Stevens
CONSULTANT
In 2016, Sarah left a successful, decade-long career in corporate healthcare in favor of work that better aligned with her passion and purpose. After serving for two years as a freelance consultant to small businesses and start-up nonprofits, Sarah founded The Beautifull Project - a storytelling collective that invites women back to their bodies and into a world where they belong with substance and with strength.
Sarah officially joined the Black Pearl team in 2017 to implement our internal business development and marketing strategies.
